This depends on how far out your stylist is booking out and what your schedule looks like! Having your appointment booked 4-8 weeks in advance allows us to properly plan around your appointment!

Concerns Window: Any concerns regarding your hair services must be reported within seven (7) days of the original appointment date. We encourage clients to bring up concerns promptly, allowing us the opportunity to address and resolve them to your satisfaction.

No refund policy: Please note that, in adherence to our policy, Deosa Studio does not offer refunds for hair services. We are dedicated to working with you to find a solution that meets your expectations and ensures your contentment with our services.
