Salon Policies

Booking Appointments:

To secure an appointment with us, we require a credit card to be kept on file. Rest assured, we will not charge the card on file at any time unless there is a violation of our cancellation policy or no show policy.

Arrive on time for your appointment:

We value your time and strive to provide efficient and effective service to all our guests. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we kindly request you that you arrive on time for your hair appointment.

It’s always a good idea to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow for parking, getting into the salon and to be checked in for your appointment.

In the even of a late arrival, we will do our best to accommodate your appointment within the remaining time, but this may result in a shorted service. If the delay is substantial, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid inconvenience other clients.

A late fee of $15 will be added to your bill if you arrive more then 15 mins late for your scheduled appointment.

Please arrive alone to your appointment:

To enhance the salon experience for all our guests, we encourage guests to come alone to their hair appointments. This policy is designed to create a calm and focused environment for both clients and stylist.

Our salon space is optimized for the comfort of our clients, accommodating extra guests may be challenging. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Cancelation Policy:

In the event of a cancellation without the required notice, a charge equivalent to half of the scheduled service fee will be applied to the credit card on file. This policy ensures fairness to both our clients and our business, allowing us to optimize our appointment availability.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us promptly if you need to adjust or cancel your appointment.

No Show Policy:

We appreciate your commitment to Deosa Studio and value your time the way you value ours. In the event that you are unable to make your appointment we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Failure to provide sufficient notice or a no-show will result in a charge to the credit card on file for the full amount of the scheduled appointment. This policy helps us manage our schedule efficiently and ensures that our services remain accessible to all clients.

No Kids in the Salon:

For safety reasons and to maintain a relaxing environment, we recommend arranging childcare during your appointment.

Refund policy:

At Deosa Studio, we are committed to delivering high quality service to our valued clients. Therefore, we do not offer refunds on any service provided. We believe in upholding our standards and ensuring your satisfaction with every visit. Thank you for choosing us for all your beauty needs.
