Step One
The Consultation
Every red starts with a conversation in the chair. We talk through what you want, what your hair can do, and how the two meet. Your stylist reads your history, your goals, and your day to day, then builds a plan you both agree on before any colour is mixed. No surprises, no guessing.

Step Two
The Lift
This is where we prepare your canvas. If your hair has previous colour in it, your stylist strips or lifts it exactly where it is needed. If you are starting from a natural, virgin, or blonde base, there is nothing to work through, so we head straight to the formulation.

Step Three
The Formulation
The formulation is where it all comes together. This is the step that decides whether you walk out a bright copper, a velvety cherry, or a deep jewel toned merlot. Your stylist customizes the formula to your features and your goal until the colour reads exactly the way you pictured it.

Step Four
The Finishing Ritual
The last step is making it last. Your stylist recommends the right products for your hair and colour and gives you the maintenance tips to keep everything looking fresh at home. You walk out knowing exactly how to protect your red until your next visit.

Keeping it vibrant

First 48 Hours01

No Hair Washing

Give your colour time to set. For the first 48 hours after your appointment, skip the wash. This allows your hair cuticle to close and lock in your colour, and because red fades faster than any other shade, those first two days protect weeks of vibrancy.

The Wash02

Wash In Cool Water

The hotter the water, the faster your red fades. Heat opens the cuticle and pulls colour out with every wash, so turn the temperature down. Cool water keeps the cuticle sealed and your red rich, glossy, and true between visits.

Home Maintenance03

Shampoo and Conditioner

What you wash with matters as much as how often. Switch to a colour safe shampoo and conditioner to protect your investment. The right products keep your colour vibrant, your hair healthy, and your red looking freshly done for longer.

Every 8-12 Weeks04

The Colour Refresh

The secret to keeping your red rich and vibrant is coming back to the salon every 8 to 12 weeks for a colour refresh. This keeps your colour even and seamless from root to end. One visit, and everyone will be asking if that is your natural hair colour.
