A space designed for creativity
Deosa Studio is a custom colour and extensions studio in Calgary, Alberta. Set inside a beautifully restored heritage building, it is an intentional space, designed from the ground up for true custom work. Every colour is created for the individual and tailored to each client in the chair.
The studio itself is part of the work. Open skylights pull natural light across the floor, the truest light there is for reading tone and getting colour exactly right. Original plaster detailing runs along the beams and walls, a piece of the building's history left intact and framed rather than hidden.
It is a studio that feels more like an artist's space than a salon, and that is the point. Everything here is considered, so the only thing left to focus on is your hair.

Our Founder
Built by Abbey Brooke
Abbey is the founder of Deosa Studio and one of Calgary's most recognized stylists. She built Deosa Studio for a reason: to fill the room with like minded artists to create and collaborate their craft.
Beyond the studio, Abbey has built a following that reaches well past Calgary, sharing her work with a large online community and connecting with stylists and clients around the world. That reach has made her one of the more recognizable names in the industry, but it started, and still lives, behind the chair.
Today she leads the team, mentors the stylists around her, and still continues to do hair herself, because a standard is something you set by doing, not by stepping away from it.
